For a long time, I struggled to stick to a healthy routine. Things got even more complicated after I discovered I have fructose intolerance, which made eating well more confusing and frustrating than ever. But I’ve always been passionate about health—not just nutrition, but also movement, mindset, and understanding how our bodies really work.

Over time, I began learning, testing, adjusting, and slowly rebuilding a lifestyle that feels more balanced, sustainable, and empowering. This blog is a reflection of that journey—and a reminder that you’re not alone if you’re figuring it out too.
